Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all quotes, mockups, and orders made via Rigid Setup Boxes. It takes a few minutes to read them and does not relieve you of your obligations under them if you don’t. Your request for a quote, a proof, or an order constitutes an agreement to all of the following.

Quotes and Pricing

All of our quotations are dependent on the specifications you provide to us likedimensions, material, finish, quantity, and turnaround. Afterwards, alter any of those and the price changes with it. Due to fluctuations in material costs and production schedules, quotes are only valid for 30 days from the date of issue. What was a price in March is not necessarily a price in June.

Create Design Proofs and Approval

A digital mockup or physical proof will be provided for review before production begins. Until you sign that proof in writing, nothing is going to go into full production. When approved, the design is set, if you made a mistake on your end (misspelled, wrong measurement, no bleed, etc.) and you approved it, the onus is on you, not us, to fix it. All files that are submitted are inspected, but it is your final decision, and we respect it.

Orders and Payment

Orders are only confirmed after receiving a deposit or full payment (depending on the terms agreed for your account). Production is scheduled to start from the date of payment confirmation, and not when the order was placed. We may cancel or suspend an order if payment is not made in accordance with the agreement or if the artwork or specifications used in the order are not legal or infringing on other intellectual property rights.

Turnaround and Shipping

Turnaround projections are based on the time required for production and are provided in good faith based on the current capacity but cannot be guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs delays, weather, or anything out of our control cannot be assumed, but we will keep you informed if anything is running late. Risk of loss or damage is with you after the order has left our facility and is in the carrier’s hands.

Returns, Defects and Liability.

Since these are made to order and to your order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or change of mind. In case of a genuine manufacturing defect, which does not match the approved proof in material, print, or construction, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery and provide us with pictures, and we will work on a resolution: reprint, credit, or refund, depending on the problem. In any event, our liability shall not exceed the order amount. We are not liable for other losses such as missed launch dates or lost sales that may occur further down the stream.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, logos, and branding that you send us is yours. The sending of it constitutes confirmation that you have the right to use it, and to have it printed. Photography of finished (unbranded) box structures is permitted for use in our portfolio unless otherwise stated.

Changes to These Terms

These terms are subject to change as our processes or legal requirements change. The date above represents the most recent update, and should subsequent orders be placed after the date, then the new terms will be applicable to that order.

Please ask first if anything is unclear prior to ordering. We prefer to explain in advance rather than deal with a controversy post-production.
