Rigid Boxes ("we", "us", "our") manufactures custom rigid boxes, cartons and mailers for business customers. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, and how we look after it.

We share information only where it's needed to run the business: with staff who prepare your quote or order, with delivery couriers to get your order to you, and with service providers who host this website or send email on our behalf, all under confidentiality obligations. We do not share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

This site uses only the cookies needed to make it work — there is no third-party advertising or tracking cookie by default. If analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) is enabled, it is configured to respect your browser's Do Not Track setting where possible.

Enquiry and quote details are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and, where an order follows, for our accounting and legal record-keeping obligations. Unconverted enquiries are periodically reviewed and removed.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent to marketing at any time, by emailing us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable data protection law.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. No online transmission is completely secure, but we work to keep risk to a minimum.
