Honest Quoting
If a spec is over-built for the job, we'll say so, even when the bigger spec would pay us more.
About us
We're a B2B packaging manufacturer building custom rigid boxes, folding cartons, and mailers, printed, finished, and assembled entirely in-house. No catalog sizing, no minimum-effort quoting. Every job gets a real packaging engineer and a physical sample in your hands before it ever comes near production.
Rigid Boxes started as a small print-finishing operation taking on the rigid-box jobs bigger manufacturers turned down — runs too short, specs too particular, timelines too tight. That's still what we're built for: unusual sizes, awkward inserts, deadlines nobody else wants to touch.
As our equipment grew — litho and digital print, foil stamping, embossing, box-forming lines — the brief never changed: build the box the product deserves, quote it honestly, and put a real sample in the customer's hands before a single sheet runs to production.
We are still a flat operation. The engineer who specs your job is the person who picks up the phone when you call back.
If a spec is over-built for the job, we'll say so, even when the bigger spec would pay us more.
Every job gets a physical prototype before production starts. We've never made an exception for a deadline.
Printing, foil stamping, lamination, and assembly all happen under our own roof, so nothing depends on a third party's schedule.
We'll tell you plainly when a finish isn't curbside-recyclable, instead of letting a vague “eco-friendly” claim go unchallenged.
Packaging buyers are hard to impress. These are the people who keep reordering.
“The structural redesign took 12% out of our board cost before a single sheet was printed. Three years on we have not had one late delivery.”
“We turned up with a sketch on the back of an invoice. They came back with a dieline, a physical sample and a price that actually held.”
“Colour matching across four SKUs and two different board stocks was flawless. Our brand team has stopped worrying about packaging entirely.”
Free structural design. A real cost quote back in 24 hours. A physical sample in your hands before we touch a single sheet of production board, every time, no exceptions.
